Brittany Dixon is the owner and founder of NEW Lifestyles, a nutrition company based out of Mooresville, NC. She is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Fitness Instructor, an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, an expert blogger on 411fit.com, and truly enjoys working one-on-one with her clients. She loves motivating people and teaching techniques to transform unhealthy habits into a balanced and vibrant lifestyle! She currently resides in North Carolina with her husband, David, and their vizsla, Koda.
About Clara Schneider
Clara Schneider MS,RD,RN,CDE,LDN, grew up in New Jersey. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Delaware in Dietetics and her Master’s of Science degree at the University of Maryland in human nutrition. She also has a nursing degree from Marymount University in Virginia. She is a registered and licensed dietitian, a registered nurse and a certified diabetes educator. Her 30 plus years of experience includes being the director of a diabetes program at a major Northern Virginia hospital, a visiting dietitian/nurse, and working in private practices dealing with infertility, endocrinology and weight loss. She has dealt with patients of all ages regarding nutrition concerns associated with pregnancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood and geriatrics and has expertise in a number of fields including disease prevention, nutrition, diabetes, celiac disease, cancer and weight loss.
Clara is the author of two books and has provided nutritional consultation for many publications produced by the American Diabetes Association, the American Institute for Cancer Research and the Oncology Nursing Society.
Clara looks forward to creating your individualized meal plan and helping achieve your individual goals as well as addressing any ongoing concerns you may have.
Clara lives in North Carolina with her husband Philip, has a daughter and son-in law that live in Chapel Hill North Carolina and a son and a daughter-in –law to be that reside in Augusta, Georgia.
